1978
American Bathtub Liners (ABL) founded in Tempe, Arizona to offer bathtub liners to the Hotel/Motel Industry.
1982
ABL's Bathtub Liner beomes the first bathtub liner tested and approved by the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).
1982
Re-Bath is founded to offer bathtub liners to homeowners through a dealer network.
1986
Company moves to new state of the art manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona.
1990
ABL introduces the industry's first Retrofit Wall Surround product line.
1991
Re-Bath converts its residential dealership business to a franchise organization.
1992
ABL changes its name to AmBath Corporation to reflect its ever expanding product line, including vanity tops.
1998
AmBath enjoys a market share of over 95% in the sale of retrofit bathtub liners and is the largest producer of bathtub liners in the world.
2000
Re-Bath awards its 100th franchise, making it the largest franchise in the industry.
2006
Re-Bath awards its 200th franchise and introduces DuraBath SSP, it's new proprietary sanitaryware surface.
2009
Re-Bath expands its product offering to encompass full bath remodeling, including vanities, toilets and flooring.
